Squat Snatch
- Starting at just 60% of your best Snatch you must perform two IDENTICAL Snatch reps before you are allowed to add any additional load to the barbell...
You can only increase your load by a max of 10# total each set if you are successful...
We are really going to work some technique today so bring in your mental "A" game ;)
