A fun team variation of a Crossfit original...
"Team Fight Gone Bad... Almost :)"
In teams of 2 working just one partner at a time perform the following sequence for FIVE TOTAL ROUNDS:
Partner 1 - 1 minute of Wall Ball Shots (14#/20#)
Partner 2 - 1 minute of Ring Rows (No Box required)
Partner 1 - 1 minute of Box Step Ups (20"/24")(Have to step up today, no jumping)
Partner 2 - 1 minute of Push Presses (53#/75#)
Partner 1 - 1 minute of Calories on the Rower
.... This whole sequence equals ONE ROUND...
Partner 2 would then lead off the second round of Wall Ball Shots...
This back and forth will continue until all FIVE rounds of this workout are complete...
Keep record of your reps performed at each station and put one big total for your team at the end of the workout!
Can any team get over 600 reps? 800??
