BARBELL SKILL:
2 Position Snatch Pull
- 1st Rep - Hang Snatch + High Pull
- 2nd Rep - Floor Snach + Pull Under
5-7 sets starting at 80% of your snatch 1RM & ending somewhere around 100-110% of it...
WORKOUT:
20 Kipping HSPUs
15 CTB Pull Ups
10 Toes 2 Bar
5 Muscle Ups OR 5 Strict Ring Dips
* 4 Minute Time Cap *
REST 3-4 MINUTES BETWEEN ROUNDS DEPENDING ON HOW THE ROUND WENT
Repeat this 3 times...
Adjust the reps as needed (15/10/5/3, 10/8/4/2, etc)
Make these tough and try to work higher skill gymnastics under higher speed and higher fatigue!
