Pull upssssss.....

STRENGTH:
You will have from 0:00-12:00 on the clock to establish a 1RM Weighted STRICT Pull Up...

SKILL/CONDITION:
You will have 12:00-15:00 on the clock to perform as many Double Unders as possible...

STRENGTH ENDURANCE:
You will have from 15:00-17:00 on the clock to perform as many Kipping CTB Pull Ups as possible...

SKILL/CONDITION:
You will have from 17:00-20:00 on the clock to perform as many Double Unders as possible...

POST YOUR BEST PULL UP WEIGHT, YOUR TWO DOUBLE UNDER TOTALS AND YOUR TOTAL CTB PULL UPS PERFORMED TO COMMENTS

10:00-13:00 - Max DUs
- 275 reps
13:00-15:00 - CTB Pull ups
- 43 reps
15:00-18:00 - Burpee MUS
- 8 With 1 miss (Trying to pull after all those pull ups was rough)

Did 2 more to get to 10 and then 5 more with no Burpee bc I suck at these :$
