SATURDAY WORKOUT

FREE CLASS AT 10AM!

Return of a team classic! :)

WORKOUT:
We will cut the class exactly in half and each team will complete the following as quickly as possible:

250 Calories on the Bike
225 Med Ball Slams (25#/35-40#)
200 Box Step Ups (20"/24")
175 Ring Rows (Feet on a 12-20" Box)
150 Weighted Burpees (15#/25#)
125 STRICT DB/KB Press (26's/35's)
100 STRICT Knees 2 Elbow
(20 minute cutoff)

THE RULES:
1.) Each team can only have one athlete working on a given exercise at a time, but you can be working on all the exercises listed at the same time if you have enough team members OR you can have two athletes trading off back and forth until all the reps are done, then move onto the next one, etc...
2.) Each team will get 1 Bike, 1-25# & 35# or 40# Med Ball, 2 Boxes, 2 sets of Rings, 1-15# & 25# plate, 1 set of 26# & 35# KBs & 2 spots on the middle of the Rig...

There are lots of strategies on this one... You will get some time to figure out what you want to do before the start of the workout...
