Pick a skill you haven't gotten yet & try to make steps towards finally getting it..
The main options are muscle ups, T2B, CTB Pull Ups & pistols
WORKOUT:
1000m Row
50 Burpee Box Jumps (20"/24")
25 Muscle Ups OR Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
* 12 minute AMRAP *
Push the pace on this one so you can get back to the Row for round 2!

Got to 11 CTB (although the last few reps were more like chin above bar.)
got to 46 BBJ
This one HURT! Ugly.
Got 1 c2b and failed about 6 other times to get another.
9 C2B pull ups
