SATURDAY WORKOUT (HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!)

Good luck to the team competing from the gym this weekend at Crossfit Artis & Crossfit Vise!

FREE CLASS @ 10AM!  All are welcomed!

TEAM WORKOUT:
In teams of 2, possibly 3 depending on class size, perform the following:

Max Calories on the Bike OR Rower in 20 minutes...

The catch...

Every minute on the minute for the entire workout, including the beginning of the workout you will do "Death by Thrusters"... Perform just 1 rep the first minute (63#/95#), 2 reps the 2nd minute, 3 reps the 3rd minute and so on...

You will try to get as many calories as possible with time remaining in the minute each round...

You can share the Rowing/Biking and Thrusters anyway you like during this one...
