SUNDAY WORKOUT

Strength plus skill day!

WORKOUT:
With a running 21 minute clock we will perform the following:
- 1st minute: 5 Touch & Go Deadlifts
(Start at 60% 1RM & attempt to go up by 5% each round as long as things are strong & smooth... Sumo if you need to for this one)
- 2nd minute: 1-4 Muscle Ups OR 3-6 (W)/4-8 (M) CTB Pull Ups
(Work rhythm and consistency on these)
- 3rd minute: :10-:20 L Sit Hold
(Try to pick a time frame that's tough but you can do straight through for most of the rounds)

Be smart on deadlifts, but get some heavy weights in!
