WORKOUT:
With a 3 minute time cap perform:
10 Overhead Squats (65#/95#)
10 Kipping Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
* 2 rounds *
If you complete these 2 rounds in under the 3 minute time cap you will get 3 additional minutes to perform:
12 Overhead Squats
12 CTB Pull Ups
* 2 rounds *
This cycle repeats if you successfully finish this new workout in under 3 mins...
Reps move up to 14 and 14, then 16 & 16, etc...
