SATURDAY WORKOUT

Team day is back after a week off!

Free class as always starts at 10am!!

WORKOUT:
In teams of 2 working 1 athlete at a time and trading off whenever you like perform the following for as many rounds plus extra meters/reps as possible in 25 minutes:

100 Calories on the Rower OR Bike
50 Med Ball Slams (20-25#/30-50#)
:30 Hollow Hold (BOTH partners must perform this at the same time)

Come in even if you're sore from the Open and use this one as a way to recover and loosen up...

Serious about the "active" recovery part this time ;)
