In groups of 2 sharing the workload however you like perform the following:
Run 1 mile (Must do 400s or less to complete the distance with your partner)
Row 2000m OR Bike 2 miles
Run 1 mile
(If your calves are destroyed, then sub 1500m Row, 2 Mile Bike, 1500m Row)
The twist... Every 6 minutes, including the start of the workout, both partners must stop what they are doing and perform a :20 Hanging L-Sit Hold on the Rig OR Rings...
This hold must be done together so if one partner rests, then the time stops and both partners must rest...
30 minute cutoff
If you are feeling sore from the week, then be sure to use this workout as active recovery for the next week...
If you're feelings good, then take this one out hard :)
