THURSDAY WORKOUT

15.4 comes out tonight!

Come to the gym at 7pm to watch the announcmeent and cheer on everyone who decides to give the workout a try afterwards...

Time for a fun day!

WORKOUT:
Find the heaviest loaded carry you can in 30 minutes...

Your carry options are:
1. 50 foot Yoke Walk (25 feet down & 25 feet back)
2. 50 foot Farmer's Carry (Use DBs, KBs, or the Farmer's Handles)
3. 50 foot Zercher Axle Carry (Hold the axle in the crease of your elbows)

Grab a group of 3-4 per station and see how heavy you can go!
