WORKOUT:
In groups of 2-3 depending on class sizes complete as many TOTAL REPS in 30 minutes as possible of the following:
200 Air Squats (Use a med ball for depth)
100 Calories on the Rower
50 Ring Rows (Feet on 20" Box)
POST YOUR TOTAL REPS PERFORMED TO COMMENTS
