WORKOUT:
In groups of 2-3 depending on class sizes complete the following in 30 minutes:
1000m (400m, Dumpster, 100m & Blacktop & Back)
50 KB Swings (35#/53#)
:30 L-SIT Chin Up Hold (Only Above Bar Counts... Both partners must contribute evenly on this one)
Scale weights on the swings or go to a regular chin up hold if you need to...
