POWER:
Clean and Split Jerk @ 85% 1RM every 75 seconds for 8 total rounds
We will work some skill progressions as we work up to 85% for the workout...
STRENGTH:
Work up to a challenging, but NOT maximal set of 2 reps on a Front Squat in 10 minutes...
SUPPLEMENTAL:
Glute and Core Stability Work
10 minute AMRAP of:
Lateral band walks (10 each way)
Monster walks (5 each way)
Dead bug holds (10 total)
Side bridge (:20 each side)
Single leg hip bridges on a bench (10 each side)
Use a blue or black band for the walks...
