"Ascending DT"
9 Deadlifts (135#/93#)
6 Hang Power Cleans (135#/93#)
3 Push Jerks (135#/93#)
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks
15 Deadlifts
12 Hang Power Cleans
9 Push Jerks
18 Deadlifts
15 Hang Power Cleans
12 Push Jerks
21 Deadlifts
18 Hang Power Cleans
15 Push Jerks
(10 minutes... Get as far as you can!)

Use around 65-70% of your best Push Press/Push Jerk 1RM for this one!

REST 5 MINUTES AS WE RESET FOR THE ENDURANCE SECTION

ENDURANCE:
Every 4 minutes for 4 total rounds perform the following:
250m Row
400m Run
(If we have a larger class, then you can switch the order around, but the goal is to finish between 2:30-3:00 every round so you have 1:00 or so of rest)
