100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 AbMat Sit Ups
100 Air Squats
(30 minute cutoff)
You must complete all the reps at each movement before moving onto the next one...
If you can't do at least 5 strict pull ups, then you aren't allowed to kip on this one... Sub out strict, assisted pull ups instead with the band hanging off the bar...
Scale this one to 80 OR 60 reps, if needed...
Scale push ups to a box, instead of doing knees also...
Anyone under 20 minutes makes the record board!!
