FRIDAY WORKOUT

Snatch day!

POWER/SKILL:
Tall Snatch - Challenging set of 2 reps
(Work up quickly to tough, but NOT MAX set of 2 reps)

8-10 minutes on this one...

POWER:
Work up to a maximal Snatch for the day...

Take your time and build up slowly over the course of 15-20 minutes...

Start with doubles and work down to performing sets of 1 once things feel heavy...

WORKOUT:
Hydro Burpee Shuttle Run w/ Sandbag (30#/45#)
- Pick up your bag and run to Dumpster
- Perform 1 Burpee down to the Sandbag at the Dumpster
- Pick up your bag and run back to the door
- Perform 1 Burpee down to the Sandbag at the door
- Perform this same pattern, but run to the 100m Mark for the 2nd run
- Then one last time to the blacktop and back
(4 minute time cap)
