THURSDAY WORKOUT

Let's get upside down!

SKILL:
Handstand Push Ups
(We will start with the proper positioning on strict/box HSPUs, then ONLY IF you have the strength to properly lower yourself under control to the floor/AbMat you can work on kipping out)

Work on deficit HSPUs if you have a good amount of HSPU strength already...

15-20 minutes total for this one...

WORKOUT:
8 DB/KB Push Up Rows (25-35's/35-53's)
(Start under West Rig)
20 foot DB/KB Walking Lunge (25-35's/35-53's)
(Lunge to center of the gym)
8 DB/KB Hang Power Cleans (25-35's/35-53's)
20 foot DB/KB Walking Lunge (25-35's/35-53's)
(Lunge to East Rig)
... Start your next new round once you reach the East Rig...
* 4 Total Rounds *
(10 minute cutoff... We will run heats of 7-8)

For the Push Up Rows you will perform ONE push up with hands on the handles of the DBs, then do a Push Up position single arm row with you right arm and your left arm... This equals ONE rep...
