200m DOUBLE KB/DB Farmer's Carry (35-53's/53-70's)
100m SINGLE KB/DB Waiter's Walk (Right Arm)(35-53#/53-70#)
100m SINGLE KB/DB Waiter's Walk (Left Arm)(35-53#/53-70#)
If it downpouring in the morning we will do carries back and forth across the gym for the same distances...
