10 minute time cap... Cover as much ground as you can if you don't think you'll make the time cap..

REST 5 MINUTES (Set up for next workout)
(Your rest starts RIGHT AFTER you finish the run)

WORKOUT:
Start at the closest even minute after your 5 minute rest...

Barbell Thrusters (65#/95#)(65% of your best Push Press/Thruster)
Barbell Sumo Deadlift High Pull (65#/95#)

(12 minute time cap)

Concentrate on full hip extension WITHOUT over extending your spine on both lifts!
