WORKOUT:
"AMRAP Amanda"
Squat Snatch (93#/135#)(65-70% 1RM Snatch)
Bar OR Ring Muscle Ups (Sub: CTB/Chin Above Pull Ups)
9-7-5-9-7-5... Keep repeating the rep scheme for 8 total minutes...

Scale to 7-5-3, if needed...

Can you get through 1 full cycle & more??

A power snatch + overhead squat IS ACCEPTABLE for this workout...

REST 2 MINUTES...

SPEED ENDURANCE:
Every minute on the minute for 8 total minutes perform the following:

Grey pole sprint & back + Blacktop sprint & back

Keep all of these fast and consistent!
