SUNDAY WORKOUT - HYDRO STRONG PATH (12PM ONLY!)

Split classes continue!

POWER:
1 Clean and Split Jerk @ 90-95% 1RM every 90 seconds for 6 total rounds

We will work some skill progressions as we work up to 90% for the workout...

Try to bump the weight up for the work sets compared to last week...

STRENGTH:
Work up to the final weight you did for 2 reps OR 2 sets of 2 reps on a Front Squat last week and try to perform it for FOUR/SIX total reps... These DO NOT need to be consecutive...

The goal is 3 sets of 2 reps or 2 sets of 3 reps with minimal rest between for those on week 3 of this progression...

If this is only your second week it will be 2 sets of 2 reps...

10 minute time cap...

Single Leg DB RDLs
3 sets of 10 reps each leg
COMBO w/
"Dead Bug" Hollow Holds
3 sets of 30 seconds each leg
