SUNDAY WORKOUT - HYDRO STRONG PATH (12PM ONLY!)

POWER:
Clean and Split Jerk @ 85-90% 1RM every 90 seconds for 6 total rounds

We will work some skill progressions as we work up to 90% for the workout...

Try to bump the weight up for the work sets compared to last week...

STRENGTH:
Work up to the final weight you did for 2 reps on a Front Squat last week and try to perform it for FOUR total reps... These DO NOT need to be consecutive...

The goal is 2 sets of 2 reps or 4 sets of 1 rep with minimal rest between...

10 minute time cap...

ASSISTANCE WORK:
Single leg Hip Bridges on a Bench (Band around knees)
3-5 sets of 10 each leg

COMBO W/

RKC Plank + Weighted Side Bridges
3-5 sets of :20 for all
