THURSDAY WORKOUT

Skill and a gut check sprint endurance test...

SKILL:
Pistol Squats
* Add whatever you need to practice (box, heel raise, counterbalance, etc) and try to do something you've never done before on one leg!

We will spend 15 minutes on this one...

WORKOUT: Every minute on the minute perform the following:

Odd minutes: 10 KB Swings (35#/53#) + 10 Burpees
Even minutes: REST

Continue as long as you are able to get all the work done in under 1 minute...

Move down to Russian Swings if you know you lose rib control when you go overhead and SCALE UP to 53#/70# if you dare! :)

Scale reps to 8's or 6's, if needed...

POST ANY PISTOL MILESTONES AND HOW FAR YOU MADE IT ON THE WORKOUT TO COMMENTS

Pistol work went well for once. Worked up to 3 each leg rx.
