WEDNESDAY WORKOUT - HYDRO FIT PATH

Almost the end of Phase II of the Squat cycle!  Seeing tons of progress so far so keep it up!!

STRENGTH:
Back Squat

Still calculating off of 95% of your actual 1RM...

Warm Ups:
55% for 5 reps
65% for 5 reps

Work Sets: 3:00 Clock per set
75% for 5 reps
85% for 3 reps
95% for MAX REPS (3-6 reps)

WORKOUT:
40 Box Jumps (20"/24")(Must step off...)
30 KB Swings (35#/53#)
20 CTB Pull Ups (Kip allowed... Scale to Chin, If needed)
* 6 minute AMRAP... Can you get to the Pull Ups & how many can you get in or finish??

Scale heights and weights before changing reps to 30/20/10, if absolutely needed...

REST 1 MINUTE

AT THE 7 MINUTE MARK PROCEED TO...

1500m Row For Time
(6 minute cutoff... Get as far as you can!)

POST YOUR FINAL SQUAT SET AND YOUR TOTAL REPS FOR THE WORKOUT AND TOTAL METERS FOR THE ROW TO COMMENTS
