SATURDAY WORKOUT (FREE TO ALL AT 10AM!)

Come one, come all to 10am class!

Let's go LONGGGGG....

WORKOUT:
In groups of 2 or 3, if necessary...
800m Run (Pick any route you like to accomplish this with you and your partner(s))
5 Rope Climbs or 10 Seated Climbs
50 Medicine Ball Slams (20-30#/35-50#)
* As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes *

Make sure to bring socks if you plan on full rope climbing, but remember this is meant as a semi-recovery day so pace this one out ad needed...
