SATURDAY WORKOUT (TEAM DAY IS BACK!)

Team day is back after the holiday off!

Everyone is welcomed to the 10am class!!

WORKOUT:
In groups of 2-3 perform the following for time:

"Jumping Jerry"
1 Mile Run
2k Row
400 Double Unders OR Singles, If Needed
(24 minute cutoff)

Come in and get your workout in before it gets hot! :)
