Work up to 85-90% of your best Snatch and then perform 1 SQUAT Snatch every 2 minutes for 6 total rounds...
The weight WILL NOT change on these rounds, but instead really hammer perfect positions across all 6 reps...
8 reps @ 60%
6 reps @ 70%
4 reps @ 80%
2 reps @ 90%
1 rep @ 95%
* Take 2 minutes rest between these last two sets
You will have 15 minutes to do all of sets...
Single Leg Hip Raises off a Bench
3 sets of 10 reps each
(Try one last time to go a little heavier)
Rotational Band Walk Out Holds
3 sets of :20 each side (Red or Blue Band)
