THURSDAY WORKOUT

Holy $*@&, this WOD has everything! ;)

WORKOUT:
10 DB Man Makers (15-30's/35-55's)
20 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups (Sub: Chin OR Jumping CTB)
30 Box Jumps (24"/30")
40 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull (44-53#/53-70#)
50 Wall Ball Shots (14#/20#)
100m Med Ball/Sandbag Carry (25-35#/35-50#)
(18 minute cutoff)

The DB Man Maker involves a Push Up Row (both arms) into a DB Deadlift into a DB Hang Clean into a DB Front Squat and finally finishing with a DB shoulder to overhead...

We will try to start a new "wave" of 4-6 athletes every 3 minutes or so on this one...
