CONDITIONING:
Burpees (Chest to Deck and Clap Overhead)
Wall Ball (Good Squat Depth and Hit 10 Feet)
MB Slams (Extend FULLY Overhead Each Rep)
1EA, 2EA, 3EA, 4EA,... etc
** Max RDS in 6 Minutes **

KEEP THE RANGE OF MOTION TRUE AND HONEST ON ALL THESE MOVEMENTS!
