Tabata Row (20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest)
8 TOTAL ROUNDS for MAX CALORIES

REST 2 MINS (Record Your Total Calories On The Board During Your Rest)

THEN....

Complete as Many Rounds As Possible of the Following in 8 Minutes:
20 Walking Dumbbell Lunges (Knee Must Kiss The Ground)
10 Dumbbell No Push Up Burpees (DB Must Be Raised Overhead to Complete the Rep)
5 Dumbbell Push Ups Rows (Must Row Each Arm After Each Push Up)  

Post Calories Burned and Total Rounds Plus Dumbbell Weights Used to Comments

Tabata is not a nice person!! sure gassed me again. And burpees with weight, well i'm not going there, they suck buy themselves.!! nice workout thanks for the encouragement Carrie and Kevin i really needed it
