STRENGTH: 
Clean - 1RM
* You Can Perform This From A Hang OR Start From The Floor AND Catch In Either A Full Squat or A Partial Squat *
** On More Thing... You Only Have 15 Minutes To Do It After We Go Through Some Technical Work With The Bar During The Warm Up **

WORKOUT: 
1600m Run
* Push it and give your all out effort to do better than the last time you tested!!
** 10 Minute Cutoff **

Running is right up there with Burpee's in my book !!! I do no know how you get used to running I just need to be a lighter weight to really Do it, as a Big guy it really sucks.Kev you were clipping right along nice work on sub 6 minutes. Looks like Everyone ran a little harder from the times. :)
