WORKOUT:
3 Handstand Push Ups OR 10 Second Handstand Hold
15 Deadlifts (135#/95#) (50-60% of Your 1RM Deadlift)
* 10 Minutes - As Many Rounds As Possible *
** My Goal For You All Is 8-10 Rounds **
