Weighted/Strict/Band Assisted Pull Ups (Whatever is challenging for you)
5X5 (Use the first two sets as a warm up and then use the last three sets to improve your strength)
A few twists:
1. Try To Touch Your Neck (Women) / Chest (Men) To The Bar
2. Must Start A New Set Every TWO MINUTES - This Applies To ALL Sets

WORKOUT:
Hang DB Single Arm Snatch (Center Of DB Must Get To Knee Level)(50#/30#)
Walking Lunges (Knee Kisses The Ground)
Lateral Line Jump Burpees (Burpee Finishes With a Lateral Jump Over An Object Or Line)
* RD 1 - 1 DB Snatch EA Arm, 10 TOTAL Yds of Walking Lunges (5 yds and back), 1 Burpee
* RD 2 - 2 EA Arm (4 Total), 20 TOTAL Yards (10 and Back), 2 Burpees
.... Continue with this pattern of adding 1 Rep EA, 10 Extra Yards, and 1 Extra Burpee until you reach...
* RD 10 - 10 EA Arm (20 Total), 100 TOTAL Yards (50 and Back), 10 Burpees

Bambi legs Came out again today! the Lunges before the lateral burpees made the burpees even harder than they are already. 50lb snatch weight seemed ok but heavy.Good Workout
