WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

WORKOUT:

With A Running 2:30 Minute...

25 Double Unders (75 Single Unders)
3 Deadlifts (Any Stance Permitted)
10 ROUNDS

* This Workout Is For Max Weight Lifted DIVIDED By Your Current Bodyweight *
** There Are Two Ways To Approach This Workout...
1. Gradually Increase Your Deadlift Weight Each Round Until You Reach Your Max Load
2. Take 3-5 Rounds To Quickly Work Up To A Max Then Do The Remaining Sets At A Moderate Load

Start With Around 60-70% Of Your 1RM Deadlift 

POST YOUR BEST PERCENTAGE OF BODY WEIGHT LIFTED TO COMMENTS
