STRENGTH:
Low Bar Back Squat
5-5-5-5-5
* Check Your Best From Last Time & Add 5-10# Onto Your Final Set.. Check HERE & HERE
** Use Your Best Weight As A Guide For Your Warm Ups...
1st Set - 70% Of Your Best Weight From Last Time
2nd Set - 80%
3rd Set - 90%
4th Set - Best Weight From Last Time
5th Set - 100% + 5-10#

WORKOUT:
160 Yard Shuttle (Outside Weight Room Door)(15, 30 & 45 Yds & Back)
5 Strict OR Band Assisted CTB Pull Up (Underhand Grip)
10 Double Push Up Wall Climbs (Will Add Up To 20 Total Push Ups Per Rd)
* AMRAP In 20 Minutes *

Scale The Reps To 3 & 5 (10 Total Push Ups) If You Don't Think You Can Get Close To 5 Total Rds Completed In 20 Minutes OR If You Can't Wall Walk You Will Push Up, Hand Walk Like We Do During Warm Ups
