I'm Up North For A Wedding This Morning So Here's A Home Workout Version I Expect You All To Do!!
WORKOUT:
5 Jumping Pull Ups (Use The Ledge Of A Doorway, Playground, Low Tree Branch, Whatever!)
10 Push Ups (Knee Permitted, If Needed)
15 Walking Lunges OR Air Squats (Pick Your Poison)
* 20 Minutes - As Many Rounds As Possible *
However, At The 4, 8, 12 & 16 Minute Marks You Must Stop & Perform One Of The Following:
1. 200 Meter Sprint (100m Out & 100m Back)
2. 50 Jumping Jacks
3. 100 High Knees
POST TOTAL ROUNDS COMPLETED TO COMMENTS

Debbie 9 full lat pulldowns bar pushup....high knees
Dave 14 1/3 plus 3 pushups...high knees
Took the easy way out, BIG dog walk with Rome to check out the new neighborhood-Bridgeport. Oh yeah he is cruising the Southside again!
