POWER WORK:
Power Snatch

* This Version Of The Lift Start At The Ground & Finishes In A Quarter To Half Squat Catch *

STRENGTH WORK:
Overhead Squat
5-5-5
* Just Three Sets To Get The Heaviest Load Possible On This One... Smart, But Aggressive Jumps *
