SKILL WORK: 
Quick Snatch Progression Work With 15#-45#

WORKOUT: 
30 Second Handstand Push Up Hold (Facing Wall) (Scale Is 90 Degree Push Up Hold)
30 Second Inverted Row Hold (Chest Either Touching Or Within 2" Of The Bar)
30 Second Lunge Hold (Right Leg)(Knee No More Than 3" Away From The Ground)
30 Second Lunge Hold (Left Leg)
30 Second Hollow Rock Hold (Core Engaged & Shoulders & Feet Must Be Off The Ground)
* As Many Total Rounds As Possible In 25 Minutes *
** The Goal Here Is To Accumulate The Total Number Of Seconds For Each Exercise Before Moving Onto The Next... These 30 Second Holds DO NOT Have To Be Consecutive... It's CUMULATIVE... Obviously, If You Do Them All Consecutively You Will Be Able To Achieve More Rounds Within The 25 Minute Time Frame, But It's Not Required...
