* With A 45 Second Running Clock Perform 1 Swing The First 45 Secs, 2 Swings The Next 45 Secs, & So On Until Unable To Complete The Rx'd Reps For That Round In Under 45 Secs...
** Pick A Swing Weight That Is At Least 10-20# Or More Above Your Standard Swing Weight For Most Workouts, But Still Be Smart... If You Can't Maintain Your Midline Then Drop Down...

GOAL IS ROUND OF 10 OR FURTHER SO PICK A WEIGHT TO MATCH THIS GOAL... 

WORKOUT: 
10 Wall Ball Shots (14-15#/20#)
25 Double Unders (75 Singles)
* As Many Rounds As Possible In 15 Minutes *
