WORKOUT:
100 Air Squats
75 Sit Ups
50 Dips (Use The Back Of A Chair OR Table)
25 Lateral Jump Burpees (6" Object Or Higher)
* 20 Minute Cutoff *
Dips Can Be Scaled By Bending Knees Or Restricting Range Of Motion
Burpees Finish With A Lateral Jump Over An Object For Each Rep

Joined my daughter this morning taking awesome F Training group class @ OMY (On Your Mark) Chicago. Nine elements, 45sec ea with 15sec transition. 4 rounds,w/1min rest. Mainly strength.
