THURSDAY WORKOUT

SKILL/WEAKNESS WORK: 1. Handstand Push Ups (Work On Depth, Headstands OR Handstand Walking Only)
AND/OR
2. Work On Kipping Pull Ups (Getting Your First One OR Doing Multiples)
AND/OR
3. Row Skill Work (It's A Piece Of Equipment We Don't Get To Use Very Much So Here's Your Chance!)
* 20 Minutes To Make Yourself Better At Something *

WORKOUT:
* In Groups Of 2 Only *
DB Squat Cleans (20-30's/30-40's)
10 Med Ball Rocket Jumps (10#/14#)(Hold Ball Across Chest & Reach Into The Air During The Jump)
15 Double Unders (45 Singles)
* Done For Max Rounds In 12 Minutes, But You Must Alternate Rounds Between You & Your Partner
** If We Have An Odd Number Then You Will Be Given A 1:1 Rest Between Rounds... This Means If Round 1 Takes You 45 Secs You Will Be Given A 45 Second Rest Before Starting Round 2....
