We Will Divide The Class Evenly Among 4 Stations & Rotate In The Order Listed Below Every 2-2:30 Minutes Depending On The Size Of The Class... We Will Run Through Everything & You Will Be Given 5 Minutes To Determine Starting Weights For Everything...

* Pick A Push Up Variation Where 5 Reps Is Extremely Difficult, But Manageable
Ex. Single Arm Push Ups, Decline Push Ups, Weighted Push Ups OR HSPU's

Partner Resisted Sled Pull w/ Rope (Across Room)
* Your Partner Will Stand On The Sled As Your Resistance & You Will Pull The Sled Across The Room As Many Times As You Can During Our 2-2:30 Minute Clock

We Will Continue To Rotate In The Order Listed Until We Have Done 3 Rounds Of Everything
