CLASS WILL START AT 12:30PM!

WORKOUT: 
" Filthy Fifty-ish - Team Style "
50 Box Jumps (20'/24")
50 Rope Slams, Jumping Pull Ups OR Med Ball Slams (14#/20#)
50 DB Ground To Shoulder (30-35's/20-25's)
50 Walking Lunges (Total Steps)
50 Partner Lying Leg Raises (Raise Your Feet & Touch Their Outstretched Hands)
50 DB Push Press (30-35's/20-25's)
50 Stability Ball HIP Extension
50 Wall Ball Shots (14#/20#)
50 Burpees
50 Hurdle Facing Jumps (6"/12")(Must FACE The Hurdle Each Time You Jump Over It)

* You Will All Perform 50 Reps Of Everything In The Exact Order Listed Above, BUT You Will Only Be Allowed To Perform 10 Reps At A Time Of That 50 Total Reps Before Your Partner Performs Their 10 Reps & So On Until You Each Perform Your Required 50 Reps For That Exercise
** All 50 Reps Must Be Completed Before You Can Move Onto The Next Exercise
