3 Rounds of :

AMRAP in 3 minutes
5 Chest2Bar Pull-ups
10 Box Jumps (20")

Rest 2 minutes

*Each round will be 5 minutes long, consisting of 3 minutes of work, and 2 minutes of rest. Every rep counts as a point. The objective is to get the most points possible, and to be consistent across all three rounds. We will also be going over handstand push-ups and wall-walks before the workout, so you can get your skill work on.

worked my way through this one, tried to to stay even all three round. And for the most part did it 70 70 67 for 207 reps. Jumping pull ups and 18"box jumps.

Catching up here...jumping pull-ups, 14in box jump. Three rounds consisting of 74,77,78 totaling 225.
