* Use your time to warm up on the deadlift, and work your way up to a 3 rep max. You may not bounce the reps, and you must control each rep all the way back to the floor. Record your results so you know what to shoot for next time!

Felt good to deadlift again it has been a while . working with Dave was just like old times also. Did #315 for three Rep max new PR for me
I was super happy with today's workout. I know i need more work on my technique but am pleased with 265# PR. Thanks Brandon for you advice I look forward to progressing in weight and improving my technique.
Nice work guys! Keep posting your results on here, and maybe we can get everyone to start posting. It's a good way to keep an additional record of your results, and you can see what your fellow Crossfitters have done as well.
