50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
Push Press (Men's Bar/Women's Bar)
Box Jumps (20" for everyone going RX'd)

*This is a sprint style workout, so try to break it up as little as possible. Hit some skill work with your extra class time, after the workout. Get one of the coaches to explain Hooverball maybe... :-)

287 reps; 25# bar, 12" box.
15 minute cutoff...got a dnf.
Lesson learned here is keep moving.

265 reps with 45#bar and a 12 inch box. needed another minute or so to finish or not as many breathing breaks :(
