** You Will Get One Bar, 1 Pair Of 2.5's, 1 Pair Of 5's, 1 Pair Of 10's, 1 Pair Of 25's & 1 Pair Of 45's (Men) & You Are Responsible For Changing Your Own Weights Between Each Set Of 30 Reps
