In the following rep scheme, as many reps as possible in 7 minutes:
3-6-9-12-15-18-21-24... continue in this way until time expires starting with thrusters.

64 reps 75# green and red band. Can't wait for the day I am doing these workouts without the bands.

Dd 12.5 today got 43 reps with 100# and green and red band kipping pull ups 4 rep improvement from last year :)
